Having trouble opening the file (excel format) after download?

  • When you open the file, a Security Warning box will appear. Select “Enable Macros”

  • If the Security Warning box does not appear, adjust the macro security level for opening files to medium. Under Tools Menu, go to Options and then click Security. Select Macro Security level to Medium

If you cannot change the macro security level, see your network administrator for more information. Your network administrator might have enforced a security level for your corporation to ensure that you use only macros that have been determined to be virus free.
